i agree with this ^^ if your body gets used to one way of working out it will start to store the nec. foods to held fuel u for ur workouts... mixing it up challenges ur body!!!

I only skimmed through most of the comments...so i havent read them all....but for me i think running is good...to be honest the way i look at it is ive never seen a fat long distance runner or any runner for that matter. I agree that its all about intake and output and blah blah blah...everyone knows u need to excerise…

You dont want to look it as eating back what you have worked off. The porportion that most dieting is based off is more excerise less food. The way i look at it is a healthy diet for my age and sex is 1800-2000 calories a day, thats with little to no workouts, that would allow me to maintain where im at now. To lose weight…

I dont have goal for christmas...but ill be home on leave in january it will have been over 6 months since ive seen my husband, hes already down 40lbs and me 15...so it would be great if i could lose 15 more by then! So im in just my goal will be for Jan 7 not christmas!
