I'd like to lose 15 pounds in 15 weeks. That would put me at my goal weight when we head on vacation. The first 3 - 4 pounds seem to come off easily - well, definitely not easily - but I can't usually seem to get past that. Then I gain them right back. I always fall off the wagon with my eating.
