Wow, what a great result, how was your diet, besides the calorie intake?? I'm right under 5'1, and lost about 6 lbs before I started 30ds - I started yesterday!! i just can't see how everyone is loosing so much on this 20 minute workout! I hope to see results like everyone else!! Great JOB!

I went to my OB at the beginning of January, and saw that I had gained 30 lbs, since last may!! OMG!!!!!!! Hideous!!!:sad:

I totally agree with this! i try to walk, and then jog some, but it gets tough because of my breathing techniques, but also, i think it has a lot to do with my MVP...and of course I am impatient, and just want to run without running out of breath!

wow, this is great. I think i've been following this somewhat - my normal calorie intake is 1274 (which is my goal for 118), but sometimes I do go over, only when I exercise...otherwise, I rarely eat the 1274, normally eat around 1100, and that is after i have three structured meals! Its working (so far) for me!
