Joint pain
I think i am having problems with my joints. They recently started hurting, and I think it has to do with joints. What can I drink or take to help eliminate the pain I am having? bloating?
What causes it, and how can I get rid of it? I gained 3 lbs this week, and I have no idea how..I logged my food, exercise, and didn't over eat, or eat anything bad...and I drank ENOUGH water...so what happened?? I noticed when I was exercising my stomach looked bigger than normal - like I was retaining water!? :cry:
