Ok, I just recently added 'sugar' into my diary settings so I could see how much I am taking in...here I am thinking I am not, well, generally because I am not adding sugar into any of my foods. Well, it turns out I've been going over by about 30 grams...Should I be worried? Mostly from fruit or my chobani yogurt...and some foods that I didn't even think had sugar in it! HELP!!

You'll get lots of replies saying to cut your sugar.
Personally, i don't even give sugar a second thought, and certainly don't track it! Sugar is just calories in disguise for me, so i just keep my calories in check. Been doing it for nearly 6 months, and it's working perfectly fine for me0 -
I was honestly going to post the exact same question today. I can't stand plain raw veggies (too used to eating them with ranch) but I LOVE fruit. I dip it in chobani and it keeps me full for hours. From what I've heard, the big problem with sugar is that you get hungry shortly after, so, until I hear otherwise, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing. I figure as long as my calories and carbs stay in check, I'll be ok.0
