Under Calories when working out

OK, i have an issue...whenever i work out (I kickbox, so it burns up to 600 calories), I eat less than what I am supposed too...but when I don't work, i tend to go over (not by calories, necessarily, but by the other stuff (fat, protein, sugar, etc).

So, i am taking out my eggs, and replacing them with egg whites, and veggies, to make my omelet for breakfast.
Having a peice of fruit and string cheese for morning snack
Lean meat/veggies and fruit for lunch, and same for Dinner
Fruit/string cheese/celery with PB, or any other type of veggies (cannot digest carrots, even though I love them!)
I'm lactose Intolerant, so I can't have milk, or yogurt, only chobani...but that is full of sugar!

I hear some people eat Tuna, but I don't know if I can eat tuna; just plain?? This would be right after my workout

Any suggestions, or thoughts on what you do??

I feel like all i do is ask questions - but until I get this right, this is what I will be doing..I want to start seeing results..and after two weeks, I gained weight!!

    Are you wearing a heart rate monitor? If not, your 600 calorie estimate might be high.

    I used low fat mayo with my tuna. It's not bad.
