Hello,
I've been feeling a bit bloated with eating all these vegetables. I'm avoiding fruit at the moment, because of sugar intake....but adding a ton of vegetables to my diet. I'm avoiding salt, except for my eggs, which I put just a dash, but still feel bloated. I've been under my calories, for the most part - and walking or kickboxing three times a week. Why do I still feel like i'm not accomplishing anything??

water, water, water. {are you drinking enough} and I love drinking tea, just any regular tea you can get for like 2 or 3 bucks at the store. Bigelow and Tea Nation {green tea or black tea is my new favorite} and fruits are amazing, they clean you out as well, keep you regular and yogurt. Good luck., oh and a multivitamin will help as well0

Are you sure you need to avoid fruit? The natural sugars that they contain are good for you.0

black tea has caffeen green tea is much better I put honey in mine but I think I should not.fruit is good don't stop. If you feel bloated but are losing the weight then great who cares. But if you are gaining weight you are eating too much in my opinion especially with the excercize three times a week. Drink more water0

I'm only avoiding the fruit, because I don't have any at this moment, but I want to see if I can lose some water weight before I start anyway. This weekend, I'm going to buy fruit, but avoiding the ones with loads of sugar (like bananas). But doesn't seem to help anyway, feeling quite bloated!!!0

All carbs can cause bloating. If it bothers you then reduce your carbs and increase your protein.
Otherwise you might try beano or some other gasx type product.0 -
we can't see your diary, but this is what comes to mind...all those vegetables have a lot of fiber, and maybe you are not used to that feeling?0
