Thanks so much for the ideas. I went to the store and got two - heart to heart and go lean crisp. I just had the crisp, with almond milk. OMG YUMMY!!!

My boobs are the first to go, and keep getting flatter! :( then eventually my tummy area...the hardest part for me to lose is my hip/thigh/butt area...but i am apple shape...so I guess that will never go away!!:sad:

I'm only avoiding the fruit, because I don't have any at this moment, but I want to see if I can lose some water weight before I start anyway. :) This weekend, I'm going to buy fruit, but avoiding the ones with loads of sugar (like bananas). ;) But doesn't seem to help anyway, feeling quite bloated!!!

I forgot to mention - that's ALL i drink, besides my one cup of coffee, I drink A TON of water!!! And I have been taking Fish Oil, with each meal. :)

Great job on your weight loss!! I read the 'eat right for your type' book, and while it seems to work, it wouldn't for me. I'm a type A blood, which means a vegetarian diet. I grew up eating meat/chicken/pork at every meal, so I wouldn't do this diet, but others may try it and works for them!
