I started doing insanity. This will be my second week doing insanity and mfp. I haven't weighed myself yet bc I don't have a scale, so im not even sure I have lost anything. I don't really feel like it yet. hopefully I will see a change soon.

Are you doing anything special for your diet or just inyaking what mfp says hoe many cals to intake? I'm Laura btw.

I just started it last week and it was tuff. I haven't excercised in over 6 months and I'm so out of shape. I did struggle my first five days but on the 6 day I found myself being able to do more. It doesnt really matter how much of in a shape you are bc you can go at your own pace.

I too know how it feels, only this time I gained even more than what I originally weighed. This is my first time using mfp. I also started insanity. I just finished wk 1. And I can't wait to see some results. So does mfp really work by just staying on track with how many calories it tells you you can have?
