AM half way through here is right before i started in late august On New Years eve and now at my halfway point

I do 30 -40 minutes a day Mon-Friday and take weekends off

I like to have a small breakfast other than that i dont split it that much i just try to have a few hundred left after after dinner in case I want to have a few beers

during the week the alarm goes off at 645 then by the time I get dressed and have a snack its 715 I get to the gym around 745 and work out until 9 am usually in bed by 11 or 1130 weekends though I am up by 830 go to bed at 2 or 230

Just have to work your way up when I first started i first tried elliptical could only manage 10 minutes on that but kept working my way up and now can do 45-60minutes with no problems keep trying to add a few more minutes and soon you wont even notice that you can do longer sessions

Dont let it bother you. you have already beat the hard part just by going into the gym

My co workers noticed it first, I didn't think much of it at the time it hit me recently when I got invited to a formal party and all of my dress clothes were too big now I notice because I have to update my wardrobe more and more

I always eat before going out and meeting up with friends, and they have no issues with it. as far as having a drink or two while your there if you budget for it no problems at all

I slowly eliminated sugar form my coffee and now no longer use it i just a little bit of light cream

Good luck with it. I cant give it up all together so I now only drink on the weekends
