i stick to a diet Sun-Friday. Saturday for me is limited diet day, i go to gym in morning but I also go out with my friends later that evening for drinks; i try to leave myself with a surplus of extra calories just incase i get the drunk munchies one day wont ruin you

6 months before I was supposed to get married my fiancee broke everything off. I had to reevaluate aspects of my life and weight was one I was going to change

I have my drinks and dont worry about that day I just make sure to get back on track the next day

if you had a bad day calorie wise just move on and get back on track. I only drink on Saturdays, and I try to leave myself spare calories during the week to offset what I do

this happens sometimes when I go to family parties and we cook a lot of good food, I log what I can and just figure i am over that day but one day over wont kill you, you get back on track the next day

My goal is to drop 140lbs I know its a marathon not a sprint. I got to a point in my life where I said I want to do something for me. I also have enjoyed the fact i can shop at regular stores for clothes for the first time in many years rather than the more expensive big and tall places

I have been getting a sleeve tattoo I add to it for every milestone I hit my upper arm is done now and I am almost halfway to my goal

I will usually have a shake before I go to bed I use dymatize elite xt in either blubbery muffin or banana nut both flavors are good. I have them with water

I have not given up anything I just cut down on portions and maybe do fast food once or twice a month

for me since I work out 5 days a week I have 5 different sets of workout clothes and everything gets washed on Saturday and I have not had any issues

I have been transitioning to smaller clothes I keep one or two larger items then donate the rest

you dont have to give it up, I only drink on Saturdays as long as you are still at a deficit it wont hurt your weight loss

with exercise it gives you a bit of a surplus so it would be 1200 + whatever the exercise is you may not be eating enough so you go into starvation mode

I always thought that if the weight is lost slowly over the course of months your body adapts and the skin has time to adapt as well i only ever see loose skin on people who lost an extreme amount of weight a very short time frame

I tried to do multiple small meals through out the day and it never worked for me I now only do 3 meals a day and have had much more success with that

start slow maybe some dumb bells and wegiht bench you can get those cheap and you can do a lot of things with them

I just started to replace my wardrobe its both good and bad. Great that I need smaller stuff, bad since it makes my wallet hurt sometimes
