You shouldn't be taking sennosides every day unless your doctor has told you to do so. Sennosides are a stimulant laxative, and you can become dependent on them. There are other laxatives that are not as habit-forming. That's a conversation you really need to have with your doctor.

Do not supplement potassium unless your doctor tells you you need to. The average person absolutely doesn't need to even worry about it. You get plenty of potassium from foods you eat every day. The only people who need to log their potassium intake on MFP are people with kidney disease who have been told to limit it.
