If you just eat sensibly and workout, your weight doesn't matter. Nobody here is going to assist you in this.

It's fine to eat at night. You should always have a meal after a workout, especially if you did weights.

People who restrict calories are going to count them and restrict them regardless. If they weren't using mfp, they'd be using a calculator. MFP doesn't create their disorder. If that's all you're doing, then change it up. make sure your workouts are HARD. Don't expect the scale to always move down. On days where i lift heavy, the scale will read up to 10lbs heavier the next day. Stop weighing yourself so often.

Water weight. And stay away from GNC, unless you enjoy paying more than double for supplements.

Don't lose weight for the sake of your parents, do it for YOU. I agree with removing wheat and sugar from your diet, it's not good for you. I don't see any reason to remove Dairy though. Cottage cheese and greek yogurt are excellent for you.. or at least I believe they are.

Hey guys, I'm on day 5 (rest) right now. I'm not following the diet portion yet though, because I'm pretty bad at navigating the site and can't find it. I think i saw a glimpse of it before and it was only 1300 calories, 1600 on leg day. If that's the case, it isn't enough (for me). I am, however, eating clean.

I used to have that problem; I've found that lifting weights and doing resistant cardio workouts definitely makes one hungry.
