i chew gum. a lot. I've spent a fair amount of money on gum in the past few months to help curb my appetite/hunger pangs. this trick also seemed to work a few years ago when i quit smoking.

aside from thermals (long johns) i'm pretty stuck with my straight leg jeans. squishing my nuts doesnt seem to be my thing. neither were skinny jeans, for that matter. then again, i still wear pretty much the same style since the mid-late 90s, so what do i know.

it really depends on how you and your family eat meals. do you still sit and eat together? do you make your own meals most of the time? Depedning on your age, if you are independently making your own food and you don't sit at the table and have "mealtime" with the family, then this shouldnt even come up except for holidays…

you all can add me if you'd like. i'm on a few times a day, and i am a bit obsessive about writing down my food and exercise habits. it helps me to do it.
