I agree - check out Eat to Live, by Dr. Fuhrman - it works! I'm in 11 day of the 60-day aggressive plan! I am losing and getting way more nutrition than if I were just counting calories. I started this 1/2 way in - I didn't lose any this week... still at 162 and I really kicked it I did 5 miles 3 days in a row and did legs Monday and Core today (Thursday). Retaining water?
