Your college may have a student health center where you can get some advice about higher protein vegetarian foods too! It really sounds like you just need more protein and more calories. I would advocate for you to try and set MFP to gain a pound a week and try to eat all those calories along with the calories you exercise…

Some dumbbells and resistance bands can go a long way. You might also want to check fitness blender for some that use body weight too!
