I do the same thing. It's definitely hard to not eat right before bed. Maybe try drinking some tea? I find that usually fills me up. Or if you have to eat, try chocolate ricecakes, that way if you eat more than one it doesn't undo the whole day.

I'm new too. I have been trying to get my eating on track for a while and I know the only way to do that is to record what I eat so that I don't overdo it. It really works. I've lost weight in the past and it's all about accountability. You can do it!
