Attempting to work while at work... Thinking about Vodka. :frown:

I see this trend increasing and I personally do not approve of giving people that I do not know, access to my bank account. My current gym does this auto draft as well. I purchased a re-loadable pre-paid card and gave them that information. If I lose the few hundred on the card, life will go on. If something happens and we…

My current gym is $10.59 mo, but local to my area, so that won't help much... Good friend of mine does the family plan at the YMCA for the pool, etc... He likes it. The one in our area can be a bit crowded during peak times, but typically has plenty of free weights to work with.

First off, two steps forward and one step back will still bring you progress, so good job so far! This is a process of learning after all... It may help you to analyze what is happening that allows you to stray from your goals. If you are always hungry, you may need to eat more, eat more often or eat different foods. That…

Dude... Looks like you're lifting 500 pounds plus the rack in your profile pic... Of course you can move the Smith Press bar with two fingers! I've never seen a rack like that, but it looks pretty impressive... Cheers!

I was being sincere. I had someone help me out once when I first started and I would never have continued without that assistance. They didn't hold my hand or anything, but just having someone to ask questions to and get advice from is PRICELESS!! the fact that you are willing to do it at no cost to him is why I responded…

All American!!! Ancestors are Swedish Vikings though. Guess that is why I am so mean and furry... :ohwell:

I eat better during my night shift work week than I do at home. I have a cooler with the appropriate foods to meet my macros and it just magically works... On days that I am awake 24+ hours, I just eat normally (Bulking 500-600 cal every 3-4hrs) and allow myself to go over. The next day is under due to shifting sleep…

^^^ this^^^ When someone with more mass than you, who has spent this kind of $$ on dedicated training offers to help in the way he just did. Take them seriously and show up to go to work.. That is all... LOL!!

She said that it wasn't me, it was her... I'm pretty sure that it was me...:frown:

First, you need a comfortable sleeping environment. Also, sounds as if you would like to change your current behavior pattern. The only thing stronger than habit is.......... habit. You need a strong enough why to assist in changing your behaviors, and constant reminders of why. As I understand it, creating a new habit…

I personally try to eat foods that work toward meeting my macros. Protein is the hardest macro for me to meet. After I meet my macros, I allow myself anything that I want, up to my calorie goal. I just started watching this series of 6 videos. I was directed to it by those who know more than I do about food. Hope it helps.…

You can do similar exercises with dumbbells, so you do not "need" a barbell. You may not be able to lift as much with dumbbells due to the fact you have to stabilize them independently as opposed to a bar that you use both arms to stabilize. As a beginner you should be lifting light and right. Focus on form, not how much…

She needs to drop this guy like a bad habit... You don't make a marriage proposal with stipulations. What a bunch of crap! What is she going to do when the first wrinkle appears on her face? The first grey hair? The first time she has an extra 5 pounds that she can't seem to lose? She needs to dump this "Boy" and find some…

Appreciate the response. I have been battling the Bro-Science in my head for a while now. When I started, all I had was desire, a gym membership and one or two people that had more muscle mass than me... I am using generic BB.com creatine right now, and it has worked for me in the past. Is there truly a difference while…

If I read the study right it basically says that there is no reason to cycle off of creatine. I have only been taking my multi, fish oil and joint pills since November. (Occasional protein snack bar to assist with macros) I started taking C4 and BB.com micronized creatine yesterday. Do you still cycle off of creatine? If…
