Shakeology … the new vanilla is my current favorite, but my fall back go to is the chocolate peanut butter banana

I have it and LOVE IT! It’s one of my favorites…it’s fun. Another one you may like is Hip Hop Abs…it’s more like dancing…but is a great workout as well

I think your hard work has paid off. I wouldn’t be too concerned with it at this point. It sounds like you’re doing the right things, and feeding your body efficiently and are just reaping the benefits of boredom and working out instead of eating. Good Job! How close to your goal weight are you?

My calorie burn is always different than what MFP says…simply because I have a VERY low resting heart rate. What determines how many calories you burn is how hard your body has to work to do the exercise. So, as you lose weight, you will have to work harder to get those high calorie burns doing the same exercise.

I too am “fun sized” 4 10 ½ . At my heaviest I weighed 210 lbs. I have lost 97 lbs to date and am working to lose the last stubborn 3 pounds!

Praise be to God for the good news. I'm so glad to hear that you are not as sick as you were lead to believe! Now...go out and live your life to the fullest!

Up your protein

OUCH! You will make the change when YOU'RE ready to do it for you and no one else. Until then, you will try but give up. You have to discover your WHY and then nothing else matters. I'd say prove him wrong. Nothing says I told you so like a sweet fitting pair of jeans!

YAY! I started running in Feb '11! I love it! Hope you do too! Feel free to friend me...

I put weight on over the last 20 yrs (as long as I've been married). I got married and had my first baby within 9 months. It was always easier to make the boxed foods or fast food. They were cheaper and I didn't know how to cook. I seem to remember at one point a few years ago, that I realized that I was probably as fat as…

Not the prettiest of bras, but the most comfortable one for the girls! No movement! www.enell.com

It's easy to become obsessed with tracking our food...but there is a difference between keeping track and obsessing over everything you put in your mouth. I would suggest...plan ahead. Put down what you plan to eat, before you sit down to eat, then put your phone/app away. That way your attention will be focused on your…

Up your protein.

I'm sorry to read you're frustration. I hope that you find some solace in these responses and some helpful tips. I'd say to remember, your body will keep an accurate count of the calories you are taking in. Be sure to log correctly. I would also recommend a heartrate monitor to see exactly what you are burning. I have…

There is a bra that is designed for us larger booby women. Of course I've drawn a total blank on the name, but google Oprah's favorite bra. It's not a pretty bra, but it totally works! It was the only bra I could wear and not have the girls bouncing everywhere...it's not cheap, but totally worth the money.

Help! What is BMR and TDEE and why do you need to know these??

Unless you're looking to get your exact weight, I wouldn't worry about it much. I have the same issue between my home scale and my dr scale...but since my home scale is what I started using to track my weight and what I weigh on each week, that's the one I pay attention to.

I'm a little confused .. kids can't run simply because they enjoy it? My girls get up and run 7-8 miles every single morning. They are my motivation.

I saw an interview with him yesterday. He said he auditioned for the part and had fun doing it. Maybe it will help jump start a new path for him to get healthy

I'd like to join! I'm 4'10.5" and have lost 90 lbs since January 2011. My goal is to develop some abs this month. I am currently working the Hip Hop Abs program and LOVE it!

Until a week ago I was training for a half...until I hurt my foot in a 5K race...but as soon as this heals and I can figure out how to get up earlier or run later for those long runs, I'll be back to training. Feel free to add me

I'm not entirely sure I know what you are referring to, but if the intent is to lower yourself slowly, it's that resistance from your muscles against your weight that is helping to build your new muscle...so I'd say you are not going to get the same result with "falling" I'd say to build up some upper body strength first…

great job!

tell him it is now his job to cook the meals

I was terrible about taking measurements. I did weigh and take photos weekly. I would say every 10 lbs, take your measurements too??
-
I would say wear a heart rate monitor to work one day and see how many calories you burn or a pedometer to see how far you are actually walking. Now, having said that..I walk throughout the day as a teacher, but since this is something I've done for 25+ years and before I started to lose weight, I don't count it as…

I was worried about loose skin too. I have it in two places...but I attribute the fact that I don't have more to using an olive oil lotion as I was losing weight and working out diligently while I was losing the weight. Try toning exercises...it should help

I totally agree with you. I became a TBB coach simply to get the discount for the Shakeology. It was BY FAR the best tasting shake that I've found...and for a while, I was trying EVERYTHING I could get at GNC and Walmart. I thought my husband was going to kill me for buy some many different items. They weren't every…

AWESOME! Be sure to submit these to the TBB site, they do daily drawings for people who finish this program (and P90X) if you submit before and after pictures. The cash prize is either $500 or $1000 (I don't remember) If nothing else, they'll send you an Insanity T-Shirt Great job!

Become a coach and get the 25% discount. I know people (me) who only became a coach for the discount. You don't HAVE to sell anything else.
