  • Count me in!! It's roughly less than 15 minutes a day for 5 days!! This is a VERY achievable goal. OH GOSH. See, I need exercise so I can get some oxygen to my brain! It's not the right math! lol... 72 minutes a day for 5 or 51 for 7.
  • I think this is a WONDERFUL idea!! Hang in there, you are obviously doing a great job already by keeping it about you and not him. He may actually be a good man afterall by letting you go. It's not right to be in a relationship when there is no longer anything there. No matter how long it's been, it still takes two.
  • Last night I served myself some ice-cream. Pre-MFP I could tackle two scoops, no problem. Last night, I served two, but felt quite guilty and sick after just one! I was proud and mad at myself all at the same time! :)
