Ok so lets count that as your cheat meal! And this weekend at the reunion eat meat if grilled, lots of vegs and fruit and you'll be good!

If you have a smart phone download the nike app (there are others but I think thats the best one) then start slow try running a mile everyday for a week. I went to a track and would walk a lap and run a lap and so on and so on until I got my breathing down and once you do that you will know when to do 2 miles. Good luck!!

I know exactly how you feel...I've been in the 130's forever and I just want to make it to 129!! I get so close at 131 then weekend comes and by Monday I'm back to 136....UGH!!!! Its my fault I know....good food and wine but two days of eating bad and gain my weight right back over 5 days of eating good with working out…

You may want to call your dr just to be safe. It may be normal but I wouldn't take that chance and it wouldn't hurt to call and find out. Good luck with the running, Ive been running since May and I've lost 11lbs. I know it would be more than that but I'm still eatting what I want.

Just to let you know I work out 30min 4 days a week and I've lost 10lbs and it took about 2month.

How much time do you get for lunch? If you get an hour walk 30min then have a good healthy lunch after. Your hours have really put you in a bind so maybe if your able to do that starting out then when you get home at night you can do another 30min at night. You don't need to work out 2hrs a day to get in shape and lose…

Well I eat oatmeal in the morning and a weight watchers smart one dinner of some kind and apple for snack around 2. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.
