I like to do my workout before I go to Christmas parties just in case I accidentally slip, but my tactic for not eating too much is allowing myself to have a few small treats and eating them slowly.

Not to sound really really really vain, but I like my skin. It's quite soft and smooth and although I freckle and burn really easily, I have never had a pimple in my life.

I think that your best bet is cutting out the fast 'junk' food, and choosing a healthier takeout alternative.
