Try the 30 day shred, its 20 minutes a day for 30 days. Since you don't like to exercise its quick and I'm not gonna lie its a little challenging but its stuff you've seen before. Try it out and let me know what you think.

I agree don't beat yourself up! Have a little talk with yourself before you go places and tell people what you are trying to do so they can support you and help you meet your goal. You have to surround yourself with supportive peope.

The scale went the wrong way and I didn't meet my goal! UGH! I sure hope this gain is all muscle!

The elliptical is usually a better workoutfor me...works the arms (singing motion) and the legs (has the built in "stair stepper") that the treadmill doesn't have.

Today was day 2 for me....I'm gonna stick with it and you should too. I'm working with 3 lb weights and they are pretty easy when I first start but seem extra heavy in the end.

Rub yourself down ith some green alcohol and the soreness will go away pretty quickly. Keep doing squats for them to get easier and use a sturdy chair in your house to do push ups and sit up. You can also sit on the floor and do leg raises, jump rope,run in place, if you have a 2-story run the stairs, lift some can goods,…

:happy: The low cal breakfast of choice for me is oatmeal and 2 slices of low sodium turkey bacon. It sticks with me till lunch and to be honest it taste pretty darn good. SpanishPigtails what roller skating game do u have for Kinects? I play Kinects too haven't done the Adventure game in a good while but that is a great workout! Lately, I've been doing Zumba and/or Your Shape. I'm also considering getting The Biggest Loser.

I eat eggs in my salad, it's a good source of protein but I wouldn't eat the whole egg everyday. Sometimes I skip the yolk and just eat the white.

OMG! potatoes are my weakness too! I like french fries, potato chips, and the potatoes boiled in the seasoning with the crawfish. I try hard to stay away from them all!

I love the green tea frap myself, when I get it I ask them to make it with light soy and cut the whip. Less calories and it still taste great.
