I have weights, no pull-up bar or resistance bands. My goals are to lose weight and tone up my body. I'm a swimmer so I'm in fairly good shape, but I could be in better shape and have better definition in my muscles. I also want a flat stomach.

I sometimes use pre-made light italian dressing, or olive oil and lemon pepper. Depending on the vegetable, you can use oil and vinegar or lemon juice with dill weed. Minced garlic and onions with olive oil or pre-made salsa. I've even marinated using A1 sauce before.

Plan out your meals ahead of time, and try to use very little processed foods, if any at all. The healthiest foods are the ones you make yourself from scratch (like steamed veggies and grilled chicken for lunch/dinner, not a pound of bacon for breakfast). My dad used to call me "thunder thighs" and always tell me "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips" which was ironic because he was 300+ lbs. In middle school this one kid kept calling me piggy. And according to an ex-friend of mine, one of my co-workers at the pool refered to me as a "whale" when I would swim.

I am 5'9", 153 lbs and wearing size 7-9 jeans. I want to get to a solid size 7 in all brands, but it's hard because everyone's measurements and styles are so different.

I'm currently at 20.2% body fat and my goal is to be under 20%. I figure once I reach 20%, I'll want to be under 18%. Depending on what I look like when I reach 18%, I might want to go lower. I think your body fat % goal should be based off of how you feel.

I have been thinking about doing that for a while, I just wasn't sure about the texture. I like extra firm tofu - would I be able to use that? Because most of the recipes I've seen call for silken tofu.

I'm not very big on yogurt - the texture is just weird to me. I forgot to say that I do protein shakes as well already.

I went from a 36C to a 34B But the worst part is that they're not as firm and perky as they used to be. They make me want to have a breast lift :X

Never tried scrambled tofu, how would you do that? With silken tofu in a frying pan? I think it's the texture that I don't like. Even when I used to eat scrambled eggs on a regular basis before, I'd almost always have to have it with toast or bacon.

I love mini-goals as you can tell by my signature :D They really help to keep me motivated, becuase everyone knows that the last 15-20 lbs is always the hardest to lose. I usually eat 2 1/2 - 3 hours before my workout so I don't feel so weighted down, and it's usually mostly carbohydrates and protein like a veggie burger with some pasta and pasta sauce all mixed together. If it's like right before a workout, in the 30 min - 1 hour range, then I'll grab a banana.
