I have 102.4 pounds to lose. I’m down 17 so far. I’m honestly trying not to focus too much on the scale, though. I haven’t seen my weight move in about a week, but my clothes are fitting better and I feel better. Add me if you’d like! I love to cook, so I’ll probably start posting recipes soon.

Your body is going to go into starvation mode if you try to eat 1200 calories a day. For your weight, you need more than that.
