I hate this time of the month. I gain 5-10 pounds every month and it takes anywhere between 2-3 weeks to get it off. A friend of mine gave me a couple of water pills (Lasix). They work great. I take one in the middle of my cycle and one after the cycle is over.

Hello everyone, I'm playing catch up here. I am going to commit to the 17 day diet for the next 17 days. I have tried pills in the past, Phenetermine worked for me but kept me up at night. Some of my friends tell me how much progress I have made, some act as if they do not see a difference and some swear that I am doing more than counting calories and exercising. It really doesn't matter what any of them say, because I know what they really think (GUIDE DAYUM, SHE LOOKS GOOD.....lllllllolllllll)!

I am 5'9 and 187. My initial goal weight is 175, I'm not so sure I want to stop there now. I think I want to be 155-165...That's penciled in, I'll decide when I reach 175...Also, I am very hippy and top heavy!

I felt disgusted. I did not want to go anywhere or do anything, nothing fit properly and I hated taking pics. I still had male suitors but I was not interersted. I just did not like being me. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE THE HELL OUT OF ME, I just didn't like seeing my body and feeling the way I felt.
