I am 5'9 and weigh 175. My heaviest was 227 after delivery and my smallest was 155. My overall goal is to weigh 160-165, tighten, tone, and lift my body.

I would love to lose 15 pounds by Christmas, lift my butt more, slim/tone my thighs, and develop a 4-6 pack! :wink: Realistically.... lose 8 pounds, stick to working out 4-5 times a week, and any improvement that I can make will be great. :smooched:
