It can be a real eye opener looking at old photos. I was a bit depressed during this time in my life (first photo). I thought that I would be happy when I reached my goal, looking at this photo, I would like to lose 15 more.

Did level one twice to make up for yesterday. I was extremely tired during the chest flies. Still squatting during most of the warm-up.

I will attempt day 8 and 9 today! I know I will get at least one done.

I just finished Day 3. I think I'm getting more of an upper body workout than lower body. I squat during the warm up and a little bit during the cool down! 27 more days to go :ohwell:

Good idea! I will do squats when I fill my bottle and planks during my planning period.

Well, I have been a bad girl. I have not been getting my burns in and I have been eating out....ALOT! I'm not making any excuses; I JUST MUST DO BETTER!.

I give myself a D! I did not exercise at all; went over my calories Saturday but not Sunday! It was my mother's bday and yes, I ate and drank......????????????
