Need mentor!!!!! Goal-- lose body fat, gain muscle, minimal cardio, lots of lifting!

I just recently joined bodyspace (bodybuilding.com) I am following a program but sometimes it's confusing. I have discover that I don't want to be skinny, I want to be strong! If someone could guide me in the right direction please send me a friends request!. Goal is to be at about 16 % body fat and maybe 135-140. Long way to go but I give myself 2 years. Just need help!
