"INSANITY" Pure Cardio&Cardio Abs Did this dvd over bc my partner need to. I will do my 2nd fit test Monday! A lot of ppl are saying that I look smaller even though my weight has went up....I am not discouraged yet! :blushing:

Hi Everyone, I just completed Day 4 Cardio Recovery! I'll probably do Pure Cardio and Plyo Cardio Circuit tomorrow so that I can be on track with my calendar....or maybe I'll use Sunday as a workout day instead of a rest day. DO NOT QUIT, KEEP PRESSING PLAY & DO NOT LET THIS THREAD DIE!!!!!! :smile:

I did "INSANITY" Plyometric Cardio Circuit & Cardio Power and Resistance today because I was not happy with my results. I burned 884 calories between the two. Keep pressing play ppl!!!
