Almond milk with oatmeal is very tasty. It just takes longer to cook. I put it in for 2 minutes and the add 30 seconds on till the consistency is what I like. Add some more time and see what happens.

I do hot yoga a few days a week. Many of the women that attend regularly wear that brand. I had always wondered about it. I buy most of my workout clothes at Wal-Mart and outlet stores (the Nike outlet is amazing). If I am going to sweaty, I am not paying more money to sweat in fancy clothes :)

I think you need to take it a week at a time. Who knows how much you are drop in a week. You maybe able to lose 20lbs in a month. But you need to be able to function also. My largest is breakfast, it took about a week but it makes sense.... I eat about 300 calories for my last "meal", by the time morning comes, I eat a larger meal to get going.

It dosnt matter what brand you get, just watch the sugar levels. The lower the better. Too much sugar and you defeat the purpose of eating yogurt. Greek can be very tart. I like to take plain greek yogurt and add diced apples with cinnamon. Greek yogurt is also a great sub for sourcream in cooking.
