Your body can't tell the difference between pure H20 and H20 that is found in tea or coffee or watermelon or celery or anything else. It draws the H20 into the cells the exact same way. I was 16, my dad bought me one once I got my license and put me on a plan with 60 minutes a month and nights and weekends, haha. I still remember waiting by the phone for 9 pm to strike so I could call my friends! I'm 27 now :)

That's 1.5 lbs in a week, which is fantastic... I agree with an above poster who says you may have to reanalyze your goals and make them more realistic to healthy weight loss, lest you get discouraged and quit. Slow, steady weight loss is the weight loss that will stay with you for life.

One of my favorite breakfasts is two whole eggs over easy with cheese on multi-grain toast and some Greek yogurt and fruit. Lots of protein to keep me full through the morning, and really tasty! :) I also love steel-cut oats with fruit, honey, almonds or brown sugar.

I have stretch marks, I love alcohol, and I go to the gym with no makeup and any old clothing I can find, even if it's wrinkled from sitting at the bottom of my dresser drawer for 7 months. Also, I love carbs.

Ah, I love this! I have no tats, but plan on getting one when I hit my GW to celebrate my transformation. I plan on getting a sparrow, which traditionally represents a journey and freedom. It'll be my gift to myself to represent my freedom from my unfit and unhappy lifestyle and the long journey it's taken. :)

I like to grill it and then slice it in half so I end up with thin filets. Then I put it on a multigrain roll with some reduced fat cheese, pesto sauce, tomato, and spinach, and press it in a panini press.
