I have the same issue with scrambled egss - just gag! But, I still love eggs. My favorite way to make them in the morning is over easy with a TON of sauteed veggies and on top of spinach or other greens topped with a simple vinaigrette (bit of olive oil and balsamic or red wine vinegar). Basically, a breakfast salad. You…

Thanks all. Some of these really sound delicious! Thinking about going with a big salad with garden greens and some garbanzo beans. Thanks :)

You can also do a mexican seasoning to make them more like doritos. Toss them until coated. Lay them out in a single layer on a…

I like to add chipotles in adobo (it's really all you need!) but you can also do chilli powder, cumin, cayanne, salt/pepper - add a little water if you…

Have you tried hot chocolate? Or double up the sweets and make it a treat with some value by melting a bit of dark chocolate over berries? Sometimes a cup of hot calming tea like camomile or mint tea helps with my sweets cravings. Good luck!!!

The type of calories you consume is just as important as the amount. It could be the foods you are eating. How many weeks has it been?
