OOooh! I want to get my tubes tied!!! I tend to think that it would be a good week before doing proper exercsie though - after all, you DO put your body through trauma even though it's only two little incisions. I would say take it easy until your body tells you it's OK to properly exercise. Walking and stuff fine, but…

OMG I just Googled it and basically you'd be starving to death! 2 boiled eggs + 1 citrus fruit for breakfast, berries for lunch and protein + salad for dinner? Faaarkkkk! It's just an extremely low calorie diet that will make you lose water weight and as soon as you eat anything again bam, you'll get fat again. Not to…

Have a look at @coacheugeneteo on Instagram for all your muscle mechanics needs (ie - switching on, etc). Since I did his workshop and started to implement his stuff I have made really visible progress with my *kitten* muscle groups. My chest now has striations when I flex it. I have chesticles!!!! Currently working hard…

Dude, I absolutely HATE booty workouts. OMG - can't think of anything worse!!! I'm probably the only female in the world that has this problem though. I do it because I have to, but leg day is always the day I skip if I need to skip a day LOL! I'm totally a broette. I really really need to do legs twice a week though now,…

Update on my current gym crush - I spoke to him today! He didn't run away! I found out his name and we shook hands. It was all very awkward, and he was looking at me like I was a lunatic, but I asked him to join our work dragon boat team (we work at a university, we need university staff to crew the boat). He said yes.

And I want to add something else - once I learnt how to "turn on" whichever muscle group I was working on for the day, my gainz made major improvements. It's worth looking into that. map the muscle, activate it, kill it, then finish off with a low weight high rep isolation finisher until you're trembling and just can't…

@cerillo_encendido I also prefer one body part per day. I've tried everything else - doing push/pull etc etc, but the thing that has given me the best results personally has been killing the ONE body part per session. I do mix back and bis and chest and tris though because I can't always get in a 5th gym day just for arms.…

I also don't like to listen to music because it distracts me from the lifting. I'll want to dance, or to sing, or to headbang, or whatever, based on the music choice and all of that means I'm not paying attention to what I need to pay attention to - bracing, form, cadence, tempo, etc in my lifts. Oh - and I like the sound…

Seaweed snacks at Harris Farm. But they're expensive. YUmmy tho. They had them on special a little while back so I bought them and really yum. Can't remember the name of the brand though but have only ever seen them at Harris Farm. Yesterday at Harris Farm I bought something else that was new - frozen coconut water and…

I have the old school little short bar that you stick plates on each side and screw into place with a little thing. It works.

I was having the same dilema and ended up going with the Charge 3 because of 2 things - swimming and size. It's smaller than apple watch and my wrist is small so Apple watch looks like a big square thing on there. In terms of accuracy - it's OK. but not when i'm driving my manual transmission Jeep - then it thinks i'm…

Geez. I'm a 43 y.o lady currently weighing slightly more than you at 65kg (just ended a bulk) and I maintain on 2000-2100, so yeah, 1800 is a bit low. I don't do the MFP way tho, I use TDEE calculator and I gym way less than you. Like 4 sessions of ~50mins per week lifting and the rest is just general walking around, and…

I rarely drink, and don't like sugary sweet drinks anyway, so when I do get something on the odd occasion, I stick to something simple like gin & tonic (only calories from gin) or campari and soda. I don't do vodka because amnesia, but vodka I've seen on those little things on facebook is a "lower calorie option" drink.…

What he said. I use a vegan protein powder to supplement occasionally when I don't get all my protein from meats. I use that because normal whey protein gives me gas. Lots of gas. There are heaps of vegetarian/vegan bodybuilders out there - go do a Google and you will see great results on plant-based diets. You may need to…

I hear you on the Asian thing. I dated an Asian guy for a few years and still hang out with his family to this day (20 years ago we broke up roughly....) HOWEVER - you just eat slower, keep food in your bowl, LOOK like you're eating more than you actually are. It's doable. Been there done that. Especially with the dishes I…

ah - you had me at pictures of your cat.

I personally like to use the TDEE method and log all exercise as 1 calorie. This takes away the whole guesswork from the how many exercise calories you can eat back etc etc. It's one flat blanket number to aim for each day. I also, depending how i'm doing, will take one day at maintenance calories per week just to feel…

very beautiful wow!

Not necessarily. keto/low carb is not actually for everyone. I agree that less processed sugary stuff is good and personally when I do eat lots of processed sugary stuff I tend to want more of it, however, carbs in general, for me anyway, don't need to be restricted so low. I turn into a monster if I don't have my…

tends to happen if you deficit is too large to begin with. have you tried a slow and steady approach? Like a small deficit and when you get to a lower weight (be it your goal or close to it) you actually reverse out of the diet instead of just stop and go back to overeating? Also, diet breaks. very useful.

you need to go into the manually change the macros bit and roll the little numbers until you get what you need. ON the app go to "goals" -> calorie goals -> then tap on carbs and the little roller calculatey thing comes up for you to set the carbs fats proteins

Dunno about that particular one as have never seen it before. In my personal experience, I have preferred coaches who have given me flexible dieting options - as in they work with me with my macros, not a meal plan of chicken and broccoli. The one time I had a chicken and broccoli coach sucked balls. I did start off with a…

https://youtube.com/watch?v=eWXA83JTcF4 I'm making sure my daughter knows this so that it gets played at my memorial or whatever. EDIT: Why cant I make the video show up?

I agree that for the majority of the gen pop clientele BMI is an OK measure. Out of curiosity I went and plugged my numbers in. I came in as normal at 23. However, I found that the range they gave me for my "normal" kilos is 52.2Kg - 70.3kgs. I can guarantee that at 52.2kg I would be skin and bones and skeletal. And at…

have you tried to calculate your tdee instead of the MFP confusing maths? just use a site such as tdeecalculator.net and work out your maintenance. Then subtract however many calories you want. Enter "1 calorie burnt" in MFP when you log exercise. it gives me way more calories than MFP ever did and I don't need to muck…

i think i kinda have this too

If i know I am going to be time poor I like to pre-cook a batch of things such as turkey or beef meatballs (depends on if I have poverty macros or not). That way I can just grab and go. They work as a snack or if I add it to salad plus rice or vegetables they turn into lunch or dinner.

I wish I had your problem!

next time try wearing a chest strap HRM while doing the sex and see what it gives you?
