Cheer up butter cup :flowerforyou: Personally, I've learned to avoid the scale around that time of the month and have actually chosen to weigh in once a month instead. Try not to make drastic changes or go to hardcore because that sets you up for failure. Baby steps beats running forward and then falling behind.

Cutting out stuff you love is only effective short term. What you want is a lifestyle change and if you fight yourself too much you won't ever reach that change. I'd say make yourself earn it. For example, if you want chocolate- in moderation of course- have it, but do something like a quick 10 minute cardio, a few situps,…

I'm on the same weight yo-yo game. Gained 60lbs with my son, lost almost all of it, got pregnant again, lost the baby and my sanity for a while, got depressed and plump. Feel free to add me if you'd like.
