I like my pork chops with a sweet taste. i use 2 chops, browned on both sides. apples, red onion with a honey glaze

i tried the whole glove thing for a while and my hands still wound up rough. And i also dont feel like i have a good enough grip on the weight when i use them. my 2cents

yoga has actually helped my attitude and finding a inner calm. its just relaxing after a hard days work. im not the best at it, but id say give it a go. big or not. you will probably love it

i dont think you will. Its hard working a very sore muscle. You might get more gains in the workout to go to the RMT first. my 2cents
