I have 4 more lbs that I want to lose to be at my goal weight of 108lbs and I have to do it by mid May. This week was a diet disaster, because of a birthday and we just blew it off for the week. So today, we're back on hard core! I'm going to kick this 4lbs butt!!!

I think the magic 1200 is ridiculous, honestly. How can that be the minimum number for everyone? I eat between 1050 an d 1150, I change it from week to week and I'm not in a starvation mode. We are not all the same size and there shouldn't be some cookie cutter number. Eat what you can back, but don't force feed yourself.

Usually the half cup is the dry measurement and how do you measure spaghetti? I think pasta is more of a cup serving cooked. I have a digital scale which I use for pasta, but I'm pretty sure it's about cup cooked.

I don't log my coffee which is only like 4 calories for every 8oz. I also don't log the Truvia I put in it, but I do log the creamer. I log everything else (normally...I've been a slacker this week), including my vitamins, but they total up to 65 calories, so that would add up.

I use oats in my tuna patties...also any time I want to bulk up a meatloaf (chicken or turkey) or my lentil loaf...meatballs....oats are great for that and you can't even tell that they're in there.

Unrelated to your question, I have heard terrible things about the patch. It can cause many health issues and have long term side effects. I had the NuvaRing for a while and MAJOR headaches (did a little research and women were having heart attacks and strokes), took the pill and missed 2 pills and tried to fit them back…

I don't know. I eat a banana every morning with breakfast. The amount seems almost ridiculous, but then some days I go over. I guess green veggies are the key. Well, I really think it all has to do with genetics. I am 4'11" and down to 112lbs.....but my thighs still are almost touching. The more I workout, the more round my upper thighs become. I don't mind...thick thighs are sexy!!. I don't think that I'll ever be a woman with the thighs that you could pass a folder…

I too get the late night cravings. I don't really have any junk food or processed foods to binge on at night...but I sure get the munchies. I drink hot tea and it helps me....just finished my second cup and the cravings are gone. Hope this helps.

Well, I have an app on my phone called Restaurant Nutrition that has several chain restaurants on it. If I go out, I try to go to restaurants that have provided the info. If not, I try to stick with basic salads or grilled chicken/vegetables.

Oh my! You want a 22/23 inch waist? My almost 3 year old daughter has a 21 inch waist and she's still wearing 24 month size clothing. You'd be able to buy skirts in the toddler section.

Yeah...ya know, i have wondered the same thing with being so tiny. I have lost weight eating 1050 and eating 1200, so I would just listen to your body if I were you. Mine's telling me it's HUNGRY....so I'm going to eat more.

At your weight, I would say that a pound per week is too aggressive. I am also 4'11" and have been eating 1150 daily plus most if not all of my exercise calories. I switched it to 1200 for the next week though, because I'm hungry :) I'm 112lbs and this site says my bmr is 1137 while other sites say 1264...so who knows.…

MFP set mine to 24g and I changed it to 30g, but I still go over almost every day. I don't even worry about it anymore.
