Yeah me too. However, I really want a fluffernutter later!! So, it will cost me 450 calories....so when I work out in a bit, I must burn at least 500....then I have earned my fluffernutter....oh how I love my peanut butter!!!

Weird. I have been taking Fish oil for years and I've never had any side effects from it. I would try a different brand.

Well, if you're sick, I would just listen to your body. If you eat again, you may get sick again. I would concentrate more on feeling better and less on the numbers today. I hope you feel better.

I usually have cereal with non-fat milk and a banana or oatmeal with a banana and about twice a week I have eggs. I LOVE bagels and so I may have to buy those bagel thins. For lunch today, I'm having eggs with black beans and tomatoes...yum!

I don't know. I think weight is the way to go as the size ranges can be a big difference. For instance, on here a medium navel orange is listed as 140g. I measured mine which are big but not huge and it was 280g....twice the calories that MFP had. If I can measure, I do....that's what I bought my scale for.

If the walking is not included in your exercise, it should at least be included in your lifestyle activity level. You may need to eat more, especially if you are burning a lot more than you listed in your goals.

Well, I eat at most 1200 calories per day. My goal is set at 1050, because I'm sure I undercalculate certain things I eat. Then when I work out, I list exactly what my HRM reads as my caloric burn without taking into consideration what my body would have burnt regardless of me working out or not. You should be fine. I haven't worked out much over the last 2 weeks due to being sick. I worked out last night and was just fine! Don't feel bad that you didn't work out......can't change the past. Just get back into it!! Welcome back!

Gosh I wish I knew. I'm almost 2 weeks in to a cold....I am happy to report a little less sinus pressure in my face today....maybe it's on its way out. The only thing you can really do is let it runs its course. I hope you feel better soon!

I'm in the same boat as you, stay at home mom. I put sedentary also; however, with the weather getting warmer I'm always more active..so I will probably change it to lightly active in about a month or so.

I burn about 200 calories during the 30 minute workout, I think it's called Fat Burning Cardio. It is fun. He is so flamboyant that you catch yourself laughing while you're trying to work out!! It flies by too, before you know it, you're finished.

I eat salad all the time. I have lots of fiber in my diet and have for a while....I just seem more sensitive lately.
