Solarcaine. It's an aerosol spray with lidocaine in it...it comes out almost white and powdery. THIS WORKS MIRACLES!!! I fell asleep and got serious sun poisoning when I was about 16... I could barely bend my legs. This stuff helps immensely. Good luck...sunburns suck!! At the beach these days, I live under the umbrella!!

Well, for me I could tell a big difference after only 10lbs. It really depends on how much you have to lose and how tall you are. Most of these foods are so low in calories in the first place that I don't see the point to count them as negative calories. They are great and healthy...so I say eat them and log them...........but maybe take a beano first!! lol

Hahahaha...I'm surprised that I don't sweat liquid garlic. I add garlic and onions to everything. We LOVE garlic. Another great way to add flavor is with lemons and limes...................I use them all the time........sodium free.

Well, most of his workouts are 30-40 minutes. I burn around 180 calories per 30 minute workout, however, I'm 109lbs. If you weigh more, than you will be burning at least that. No, your job is already included in your activity level which helps decide your calorie goal...your exercise is completely separate.
