Hahaha....it says that I should avoid pasta, rice, beans, cauliflower, cabbage and dairy products....all things I consume on a regular basis with no ill effects. I've made it 32 years without avoiding these foods...so, I think I'll be ok. :)

We only eat whole grain pasta..........We love pasta. No issues of pasta impedance here either. MODERATION!! Eat the proper serving! 2oz of pasta is A LOT!

Well, I don't have a gym membership, but I do strength and resistance workout dvds here in my house using 5 & 8lb weights. I'm a stay at home mom and don't trust strangers at the gym daycare to watch my daughter.

Well, I have never done the diet, but I do make a cabbage soup chock full of vegetables and I throw shredded chicken in it....it's delicious and super low calorie. This diet sounds terrible though....8 bananas? I think it would only be water weight lost. There's no magical diet out there.

I started here on March 1st and I've lost 2.5lbs. So yeah, I'm still right on target with my weight loss. I think the level is set pretty low.

I know there are like wrap around girdle type things that help to suck in the midriff. I believe they sell them at Target. This could definitely make you more comfortable to shake your groove thang at Zumba class! Good luck!

My thoughts exactly! I saw one of bioelectrical impedance scales at Target, but it was only like $30...so I assume it's probably not of very good quality. I would LOVE to know all those stats that you know about yourself.
