ok I see you are from WV...I'm in NY so things aren't to different.. Try making "SUN" tea.. I know this time of year the sun isn't always the BRIGHTEST but give it a shot, That way you KNOW whats in your tea and you can make it to your liking. I think you can definately count that as water!. Good Luck!!!

I agree with all the others.... Don't focus to much on 30LBS by your wedding, just focus on losing weight, any weight! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! We are all here to help eachother. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Don't worry to much about it. I agree with some of the others.. they have the under 550 calorie section and last time I was there (1+ ago) they had a weight watchers section. Sit back relax and Enjoy the time out.

Stay with it...IT WILL HAPPEN. Just five it time. I find I sometimes notice it daily but that is ONLY if I ate REALLY well that day as well. Good Luck!

I know people that eat peanut butter w/ celery. I have been making "biggest loser chocolate grahamwhiches" Choc. gram cracker reduced fat peanutbutter fat free cool whip sandwhich them together like a s'more. Freeze. 110 caleries YUM!!!! You can Google it and get allt he nutritional info if you like.

Welcome back. I'm with ya on those food binges, but I have noticed mine to be fewer as the weeks have past and I really do believe its the journaling. Feeling accountable is my biggest evil. I hate feeling the way I do as I log in what I just devoured.

I have been watching the show since it started and many times when people have immunity they will throw the weigh in by drinking a gallon of water just before the weigh in. This way it "hides" any weight loss they have for the week making their percentage of weight loss next weigh in much higher. I agree with mroper.…

Maybe the type of excersise you are doing is not only making you lose weight but also adding Muscle. Keep up the good work! Your doing GREAT!!!!

Thank you everyone! Magnay.... YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!! Just keep reminding yourself every day ( more then once if you have to) of the importance!. Stay true to your food tracker.. Believe me it will get UGLY some days but don't get upset just figure out what you did wrong and move on. STAY STRONG

All I know is stay honest with your food tracker.... I know it can be UGLY at times but it has really helped me. I have been doing this for two weeks now and I have actually stuck with it. Remind yourself daily of the importance and you will do just fine. Best of luck!
