Thank you for all the replies, much appreciated! It's nice to have more than one opinion on it. I've heard lots of success stories with people going 'sugar free', and the benefits of having more energy and clearer skin, so it seems like it would be beneficial for me. I'm on MFP daily! I log all my food and try to eat as 'clean' as I can (you can also see that my willpower on the 'clean' eating isn't very strong!), I also work out 4-5 times a week, including heavy lifting when I can. Please feel free to add me! x

Crossfit is amazing, it's the only exercise I've ever enjoyed and stuck at! You don't need to go to a crossfit box, you can do the majority of workouts (wod's) in your usual gym. Or things like burpees and squats you can do at home. Have fun!
