  • I just weight when i'm feeling confortable with. It can be weekly, daily even monthly (when I gain weight and don't have enough courage to weigh). Just make shure you wheigh in the same scale with the same cloathes. And don't drink water or anything before you weigh.
  • Your body is keeping every calorie you eat. You need to make your body understand that you don't need all the calories that it is saving. So I think the idea of cycling calories can be good for you. Anyway, just my humble opinion...
