I stopped drinking 7 cans of soda a day and switched to just water! And sometimes those flavor packets when I really want a soda! Goodbye extra 1000 calories!

I guess that's a problem I have too. I'm impatient! I'm the person who wants to run a 5k right now; not walk down and around the block. But I guess I have to start somewhere. Thank you for your input, I appreciate it more than you know!
