2 miscarriages, a bout of bronchial pneumonia and a breakup. All in 6 months, and not in that order. It made me realise there's not a whole lot I can control in my life, but what I put in my mouth, and how often I move, are two things I can.

My hair is most definitely my crowning glory. The shortest it gets, is down to my bra strap. It's long, it's blonde, and there's lots of it! Never had any complaints :bigsmile:
