i eat eggs whites for breakfast about a cup of them..and then after my workout for a snack i eat a hard boiled egg with the yolk. i have lost 7-8 lbs doing that.

I would say give it some times. I believe that it is harder for diabetics to lose weight. some times you loose inches before you loose actual weight to. GOOD LUCK and dont give up :)

im a sucker for alcohol. and im sorry but im not willing to give it up! i only drink friday nights after a usually long week. but since ive started this what i do it takes take a couple shot instead of having drinks. it cuts out all the extra calories from juice or soda and since im addicted to soda i cut that out my diet…

i use dvd workouts or exercisetv on demand while my daughter takes a nap. Today i used jillian micheals burn fat boost metabolism work out for about 20 mins and i burn almost 300 calories.

i have seen alot of people asking this question. But i dont think anyone really know and it depends on each person. I suggest using an heart rate calorie burning watch and that is the most accurate thing to use for you own body

It is because your heart rate is higher. The more you work out the lower is will be and the less calories you will burn. By then you will be healthier and wont need to burn so many calories

i see it as the number of calories that this gives you is lower then what you burn just laying in bed all day. so either way your going to lose weight because you are not eating more calories then you burn. so mostly i work out and those calories i burn give me a lil room to eat.
