Sometimes trying to tackle the entire beast at once can be overwhelming. What I am doing is to set interim goals for myself. For example, I have about 4 lbs to lose until I hit my interim goal. Once there, I set another goal that eventually gets me to where I want to be. I've lost over 80 lbs this way.

I use to weigh close to 300lbs and I'm not that much taller than a hobbit, so you can imagine what that looks like. I'm at 207lbs with an interim goal of 200 lbs by the New Year. I'm averaging a weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week since the beginning of 2013. I lift and do cardio.

Great work! I've been IF'ing for several months and I do 14-16 hours. I've IF'd for 24 hours and didn't like it one bit. 14-16 hours is my sweet spot. You look great, keep it up!
