Get a burger with a side salad and only eat half the burger. Save the rest of the burger for your dinner :) Since it's only once a week I don't think one meal will make a difference as long as you are not getting an appie and dessert with it or alcohol/sugary drinks.

Awesome to see so many doing beachbody workouts :) I am doing T25 but I still love insanity once in awhile. Have any of you tried Shakeology (meal replacement)? I am drinking Chocolate myself :)

Insanity is such a great workout! My hubby and I have done it and are now doing Focus T25 also created by Shaun T :)
