What does everyone's daily balance usually look like? I'm trying to figure out how to word what I'm thinking. Lol like if I have 35 left is it worth having a 100 calorie snack and going over by 65 to make up for 35? Or should I just try to keep low cal snacks on hand for those days?

Exactly melaniecheecks!!!! I was gonna mention that as my next point. Yesterday I hate tortellini in ragu sauce. I probably had about 1/8 cup of sauce left in bowl!

I felt deprived on WW too. And the worse part is the more I lost the less I could eat. I couldn't imagine eating any less in a day. I also feel like I can participate in events on this plan and not ruin my calories that day!

Im still going to stick it out and see what happens. I had a week and a half of not working out and food at events that caused me to gain since my original post but I gotta get back on track! im determined too.

as far as what it tells me as my amount with activity it tells me 1200 if I want to lost two pounds a week. it tells me 1370 if I put in a half a pound a week. If I want to go right in between those amount at about a pound a week it still tells me 1200. so I have been keeping it at 1200 for the past two or three weeks.…

Get a soda stream. The syrups don't contain aspertame like regular diet sodas. I don't even use the syrups anymore I just drink the carbonated water now. Or u can buy flavored carbonated water.

My fear is......how long will my fitness pal be around? Will they close up shop in like 1,5,10 years then we all need to find another tracking system? I know we can still count calories but we will have to do keg work to search foods without labels

When I reach 130 (currently 138.5) my husband and I are going out for Chinese) then maybe again at my goal weight of 120. If I had to never eat Chinese again is say is rather stay heavy lol. Life's to short to deprive yourself of everything. Moderation is key!

There is nothing wrong with losing a pound a week. It's still a loss. Restricting diet may be easy for you but for me it sucks. It all foods i hate and makes me miserable. Each persons journey is different. So none of us really have the right answers for anyone else!
