What you are going through is awful, I wish someone had told you this earlier: The nausea, headaches and other symptoms of carbohydrate withdrawal can be eased with a dose of Emergen-C. Get well soon.

I also had my sleeve done in 2012 and I also went back to my friends "the carbs" after my mom died. I gained 40 pounds in one year, but I am back and I am resolved to do it, but I cannot do it alone. Thanks for posting.

I have found that Wendy's chili is a very good fast food. Lots of protein and low in fat. Good luck!

If you are not hungry do not eat. Each day is different and one day you will be very hungry. Everything will balance at the end. Think nutrition and don't wory about eating less calories every once in a while. My 2 cents.
